■Software Errors
- Could not access to Studuino Serial port already in use. Try quitting any programs that may be using it.
- If you're using our Scratch 3.0-based software on Windows, using Transfer for the first time after starting the software may cause this error.
●Solution
- Try using Connect first. Both the Connect and Transfer features should then work normally.
- If using Windows, double-check to make sure you have the correct device driver installed.

- You will also see this message when there is a communication error between your PC and Studuino.

- Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to your PC.
