Other Issues and Solutions
- I've installed the USB device driver, but I'm still having communication issues.
- The device driver may not have been installed correctly.Solution
- This problem can be solved with the following steps:

Press the Windows key+R to bring up the Run window. Now type devmgmt.msc and click OK.

Check the Device Manager. A yellow warning mark like the one shown in the picture below means the device driver has not been properly installed.

Right click the port and select Update Driver Software.
- Pick the options shown below.
- From the window, choose the latest Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port version and click Next.
- Once the install has finished, check to see whether the yellow warning mark has disappeared.
